The Dietetic Services Department is pleased to announce that effective March 1 we transitioned to an online method for ordering both floor stock requisitions and department bulk supplies.
The prior Excel spread sheets have been replaced with the new on-line order form in the existing location within the MUSC Forms Toolbox or you may use the link.
Throughout the month of March, we ask that each unit begin to place their orders using the on-line form. Using the form has a number of benefits including: no more IIT's to complete, ease of use, shorter time to complete, able to compute costs before placing order, and ability to review orders and costs with management oversight.
At the end of the transition period this month, the department will move to an all on-line format, where only orders placed through the system will be completed. As such, we request staff become familiar with the form and begin using it as soon as comfortable.
The Dietetic Services Department is available to assist anyone with the form and to answer any questions you may have regarding it.
